Classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators. Everyone is welcome!
During the class the teacher will explain how to meditate and will give practical instructions on how to use meditation to reduce stress and other problems encountered in daily life. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week.
We explore some of the many ways in which we can help the mind and body to talk to each other, and this creates the relaxation response. Many participants of these groups report an increased sense of control, and added quality to everyday life.
